Improve your fatigue by maintaining a healthy diet and staying fit.

Get the right amount of sleep that your body needs(Listen to your body.)

Track your platelets

Stay positive and practice things like meditation and yoga.

Keep your medication with you (In a purse or bag) to reduce the risk.

Laughter is the best medicine, understand that lots of people suffer with ITP but do not let it control the way you live.
