Find a good support group.
Keep track of your periods. Let your doctor know if you consistently miss periods or if there are more than 40 to 50 days between them.
Get lots of sleep.
Figure out what type of diet helps manage your symptoms best.
Stay active -- join a gym, take a walk, do yoga, etc.
Don’t ignore signs of depression. Ask for help if you need it.
