Fully accept that you have this condition and that it cannot be cured, only treated and controlled. 

Maintain a healthy diet and exercise regularly.

If people ask about your skin, calmly explain that you have psoriasis and that this condition is not contagious. 

Routinely practice mindfulness. Stress is a persistent cause of psoriasis flares. Avoid getting too stressed out. 

Visit a rheumatologist regularly to screen for psoriatic arthritis.
